Terms of Service

I. General Information<sub>- As the artist, I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
- As the commissioner, you may ask for progress updates anytime. Screenshots of progress will always have a watermark, to keep my own work protected.
- You must provide me with clean reference sheet(s), a clear method of communication, and, if needed, preferences about the commission (pose, expression, mood, etc.).</sub>II. About Payment<sub>- Payment is upfront, only on Paypal, in USD. Payment plans can be discussed above 70 USD orders.
- Payment has to be sent after commission confirmation, and the client being shown a rough beginning sketch.
- Refunds are not available after sketch confirmation, nor after finished commissions..</sub>III. The Process<sub>- Commissioner must provide the following: Clean reference sheet (game screenshots, shaded , pixelated, blurry ref sheets will be declined).; Readily available communication (ex. Discord), Any preference for pose / expression / etc.
- Changes to the sketch, and flat colors can be requested for no extra charge.
- Changes to the lineart will be charged extra after 3 edits for 1 USD / edit.
- After-edits of the lineart, flat colors, shading of the finished piece will be denied.
- Commissioners will be provided a non-watermarked version for strictly personal, non-commercial use, and a watermarked version.</sub>IV. Usage of my Work<sub>- Alterations, edits, tracing, claiming ownership of my work, usage for commercial matter is strictly prohibited. My work must also NOT be used in regards to NFT, AI, Crypto, etc.
- Commissioner may use my work as a wallpaper, pfp, or share my work with proper credits being given back to me on visible places. This only applies to the commissioner only.</sub>V.
